SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and charges for your order will be displayed in US Dollars at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping within Canada and the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands), with a minimum online purchase of $50 or more before taxes and any applicable discount codes.
  • Standard Shipping rate of $15 applies to orders less than $25.
  • Standard Shipping rate of $10 applies to orders ranging between $25 and $50. 
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Please note that Lunkerhunt LP currently does not offer shipping outside of Canada and the contiguous United States. Please email us at orders@lunkerhunt.com to request a special order and shipping quote for international customers.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the USA or Canada, after you pay for your order through Shopify, there will be no other costs or fees for your purchase.

 

Damages

Lunkerhunt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Return Policy

  • To receive a refund or exchange, please return the item within 15 days of receipt; no refund or exchange claims will be accepted for items returned after 15 days of receipt
  • Items must be returned unused and in the same condition they were received.
  • Item must be returned in their original packaging - please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable; only the value of regular-priced merchandise plus applicable taxes will be refunded for an approved claim.
  • Items that are exempt from being returned include: clearance items, sale Items, and any items purchased using a discount voucher.
  • Only defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the exact same item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, because it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.

If you still have not received your refund after contacting your bank, please email support@lunkerhunt.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Sale, clearance items, and any items purchased using a discount voucher are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We will replace damaged or defective items with the same product after review from our Claims Department.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please email support@lunkerhunt.com.

Return Instructions

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email to support@lunkerhunt.com with the subject Lunkerhunt Pro Shop Return.
  2. In the email, please include your reason for the return with a photograph of the item(s).
  3. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. When we receive and assess your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  5. We will send a second email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  6. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.

Note: You are responsible for any shipping costs when returning items.

Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
